Food is an ever changing mix of traditional and modern using the best local suppliers for beef, lamb, game, fish and shellfish. You can eat in the bunker bar, lounge/conservatory and Skidaw Room.

The Hotel is 100% Non Smoking. The interesting and very well priced wine list features a regularly changing choice from Europe and the New World. You will find the bar well stocked with over 20 malt whiskies, Belhaven Ales and lagers. During the summer months a different cask conditioned ale is featured every week.

Non residents are very welcome. Although our raw materials are mainly Scottish and we feature traditional and modern Scottish dishes we are also renowned for a selection from other cultures such as Cajun’ Pasta and curries. Whet your appetite and follow the menu links below.
